How do I return/exchange my item?Updated 2 years ago

Have a return/exchange? Not a problem! All returns/exchanges that are purchased from the online store are processed through our online portal. Please note that these need to be processed within our 45 day return period. For items purchased through our Retail location or other seller of Bad Birdie gear, we will be unable to process those through our portal and you will need to take it back to the merchant you purchased the items from. 


To begin your return, please have your order number and zip code associated with the order ready and click here. When processing returns for multiple items in the same order, please pay attention to the instructions provided as there may be certain return labels for certain products. 


***Returning polos or products from another order or another return label will not qualify you for a refund as we are unable to verify that the items were returned if you group them.***
